Make sure the USB light (little blue led on the lower side of the Omega's front) isn't flashing but the light is constant. You'll find it next to the mic input on the back of the Omega. If you're using a condenser mic (without, say, a preamp with phantom power), make sure the +48V button is pressed. Finally make sure the Meter Assign button between the Monitor Mix and Output Level knobs is switched to the correct channel. Then, just for whatever's sake, check that the Monitor button is down (Mono) if you're using just a guitar. Then check that the USB Assign button next to the channel volume knob is either up or down depending on which input you're using. If it's plugged in the back into one of the jack inputs, do the same for the appropriate channel volume knob. If you have your guitar plugged into the Instrument input in the front of the Omega, turn the Line 3 volume knob to about the same.
